Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after purchase. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We ship all domestic orders via USPS. Estimated delivery times vary based on your selected shipping method at checkout. Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

International Shipping International delivery times vary by destination and are estimates only. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes upon arrival. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total. Roam Travel is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order through USPS or at account.roamtravel.us/orders.

Lost or Stolen Packages Roam Travel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by USPS. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at team@roamtravel.us and we will work with USPS to resolve the issue.

Incorrect Address Roam Travel is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.

Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged, you may be eligible for a replacement under our warranty policy. Please visit the Return page and file a claim within 30 days of delivery.
